Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship internationally from our fulfillment centers in Asia. Delivery times vary by destination:
• Hong Kong & Asia Pacific: 7-15 business days
• United States & Canada: 15-30 business days
• Europe: 20-35 business days
• Rest of World: 20-40 business days
These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
FREE SHIPPING on all orders - shipping cost is included in product pricing. No additional fees at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. USA orders under $800 are typically exempt from customs duties. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes (physical addresses only), military APO/FPO addresses, or countries under international trade restrictions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 60 days of your order date. For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
